could be a warmth rash, try some aloe vera gel..
or Calamine lotion to stop them itching.

Sounds like a impetuous. I get something similar after human being in the sun. Bactraban (sp?) spray works wel, as does aveeno itch cream or hydracortizonel. It could also be poison ivy or a bit of an allergic allergic reaction to a bug bite.
Could be anything from bed bug bites, ringworm rash, or hives, see a dr. sudden before it get infected.
see a dermatologist.

May be its a heat impetuous. ive got them. E45 cream soothes and is intensely inexpensive
