What cause muscle affliction within arms-it is NOT connected to any exercise or strange movement or lifting.?

You know, that pain you are describing may be one and the same thing I own had for 11 years. It's call "Ulna Neuropathies", you should check it out with any your Doctor or a Neurologist.

you could enjoy "chiiled" the muscles while you were sleeping, slept wrong etc. that can organize to aching muscles for minutes through to days
