Well theres a few things that could make happen that. Drinking too much cola can have that effect on some culture as well as ingestion certain food. But it could also be an upper GI bleed. Either opening u should go see a doc & catch some tests done.
That is a sign of internal bleeding. See a doctor for a diagnosis.
Aside from upper Gastrointestinal bleeding, some foods would impose feces to be black in color, resembling dark choco-colored foods, and also guaranteed medicines next to large amount of Iron.
Pepto bismol, and sudafed do this
It's call maelena. Maelena usually signifies an upper GI and colonic bleed. This can be due to several factors including colorectal caner, perforate peptic ulcer or duodenal carbuncle, an inflammatory process and so on. The stools are described as being black and tarry near a distinct smell.
Iron supplements, Pepto Bismol, or bleeding in the intestinal tract.
As other contributors hold mentioned this is a sign requiring medical intervention or it is something you have eaten/drunk. Red wine can be a culprit
