Bacteria, actually. Think around it: your armpits are nice and warm, as all right as dark and tacky. That's like bacterial Disneyland. Don't be too grossed out, it's impeccably normal. It's a short time ago another reason that you should go in swimming daily.

The armpits contain a specialized type of sweat gland call an apocrine gland. Apocrine glands are scent glands. They secrete fat, oils, and salt that cause microbes to grow. The smell comes from the microbes.
