You should get some cold sea in a cloth and put that on your herald.
8 oz. Rye Whiskey
1/2 cup sugar
Juice of 2 lemons or limes
2 Cinnamon sticks
Thoroughly mix to dissolve sugar. Put all ingredients surrounded by glass container and allow flavors to mingle.
Drink as much as possible at one sitting. Go to bed and save warm. Apply hot compresses to forehead.
Works for me.
