What conditions could these be symptoms of?

Racing heart, dizziness, and a bp reading of 68/36.What conditions could these be symptoms of?
SVT - supraventricular tachycardia?. Very fast heart rate usually above 160. be your pulse above 160? This is a serious condition, get it checked.
Thyroids also rumple and cause similar symptoms, but not usually the low BP.
Your BP is too Low which may be the bring of the Dizziness. Honestly it sounds like Anxiety next to the racing heart, but to be on the undisruptive side, go to the Doctor.
I be going to say anxiety near racing heart and dizziness
but I don't know in the order of the bp reading,only because I never
checked it when I be feeling anxious

Classic for hemorrhage. Probably internal if you cant see the bleeding.
