Everytime I blow my nose really firm I sneeze 2-3 times in a row. Can you relate me what causes this to crop up?What cause you to sneeze after blowing your muzzle really tricky?
It irritates your nasal lining, cause you to sneeze more. Try blowing with smaller quantity force, or using a neti pot to rinse the mucus out instead of blowing. Neti pot sounds weird, but in actual fact feels really righteous and can cut down on allergy symptoms. I barely ever lug allergy meds anymore.
It's probably just stuff moving around surrounded by there that irritates something, cause you to sneeze to get rid of it.
