How can I make my brain sharp? How can we mantain our brain sharp?What can we do to fashion our brain sharp?
A combination of things will greatly effect your mental awareness. The key thing is preserve your brain active. This resources problem solving, riddles, crosswords, brain teasers, anything that will stimulate and hold on to your brain working.
The next is rest. Mental fatigue is openly detremental to brain sharpening.
Finally, your diet is very far-reaching. Foods that are high surrounded by sugar have an adverse affect on your insulin level and cause havoc within your brain. Ever seen little kids on a sugar illustrious?

Oxygen flow, proper rest, vitamin C, and caffine will help for a short time of year.
Eat fruit, veggies and FISH! Sleep 7-8 hours per night.

however, according to various studies they key is the right amount of sleep ! an average party needs something like 8 hours sleep a day .. the brain solely 'tides up' itself when sleeping
The brain needs exercise too. Do crosswords, wordfinds, sudoku, or any other brain teaser puzzles. Read books. Play an instrument. Anything that cause you to concentrate on what you are doing.
Open your mind to new things and swot up a new skill every year.
