Go get your blood pressure checked out. You may enjoy hypertension...a sudden upset or exercise or even climbing stairs etc. can send it spiking.
Most adjectives pharmacies carry BP machines where on earth you can test your own (at smallest in Canada they do). If not see if nearby is a free clinic or somethign you can get it checked at. Make sure you enjoy sat calmly for about 5 minutes up to that time checking it however. You are supposed to take it while at "rest".
Salty foods bump up blood pressure, so avoid that. Have a physical (bloodwork especially) to make sure nought else is happening. You should know that if you are not fit or protection for yourself properly you can be at risk for heart disease and diabetes and high cholesterol etc. even if you are greatly young. You can enjoy all these within your teens and if you are an obese child you risk a heart attack and even death by 30. Trust me my righteous buddy went approaching that and it wasn't a surprise after the lifestyle he led.
