Could be IBS, Celiac Disease or IBS or just everyday hormonal fluctuations from your cycle. Either way it's best to see a doc, any an GYN or a GI doc.
Do you have any other symtpoms? Constipation, diarehha? Pain?

YOu could have IBD (irritable bowel disease) or be lactose intolerant or hold a wheat intolerance.
Sometimes bloating is a sign of water retention. Have a Doctor pop in and see what he or she says. Good luck God bless
