What can i do in the order of a swallowing disorder?
I'd go see an Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) specialist. A serious swallowing problem could be due to numerous things similar to amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), a stroke or some other neurological disorder. A speech therapist (as someone else suggested) cannot treat you short a doctor's order. A speech analyst cannot diagnose, only treat the symptoms.

if you reflect on it is really bad and is getting worse later don't wait any longer and simply see a doctor.
