What do ido for a sinus cold?

What do ido for a sinus cold?
It all depends on whether your snot is green or not. It's sick, but it make a big difference. If it's green it means your infection is bacterial. Make an appointment beside your doctor to get some antibiotics ordered. If it's clear, it's more viral and there's nil an antibiotic can do, so buy something over the counter with a pious decongestant in it. My favorite is Claritin-D. It's expensive, but ably worth it.
Whether bacterial or viral, lots of fluids is key. The extra fluids serve to thin out your secretion, which in turn, smoothness up on your sore throat. Lots of sleep is also a plus. Extra sleep helps to boost your body's immune system, and make it easier to fight stale the infection. You can also try using saline nasal spray, one squirt in respectively nostril 1-2 times a day. It help keep your nostrils moistened and also thins the secretion from your nose.
In the adjectives, when you feel your sinuses getting stuffed up, you can try taking one Claritin-D once a light of day for a few days and it usually wards bad the cold. And it doesn't hurt to use the saline nose spray 1-2 times a daylight either.
Take Walmart Sinus Headache or Cold they both do wonders
Good Luck
Not a unbroken bunch, unfortunately.
Stock up on tissues. Get some Sudafed PE. Drink tea. Get greatly of rest. And try to keep you're skipper propped up so your sinuses can drain.
