What diet help to best avoid a stroke?

What diet help to best avoid a stroke?
Low fat. A low rotund diet will help next to cholesterol levels and will aid surrounded by avoiding a stroke. A low fat diet resources less than 40 grams of lubricant per day.
I can't address the diet portion with exactitude, but it stands to reason that anything diet helps to control blood pressure and curtail the chance of clot or emboli is the answer. Likely a low sodium low cholesterol low hefty type diet.
one that doesnt include fast food and crap close to chips and pop. once you can cut that from your diet, you wont miss it. your diet isnt the only point that helps you avoid a stroke; so long as you're exercising, taking some vitamins, consumption healthy food and cast-offs food in moderation, you'll probably be well-mannered
I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO RISK FACTORS FOR A STROKE
LOW B/P
