...my uncle from ukraine believed he has short occupancy memory problem ... like forget piece til he remember again at long time.What disease grounds short possession memory lost ?

Drug and alchol use can produce, as well as mortal around toxic metals, like front and mercury.
But you can just be born beside it, and with frail age comes forgetfulness. Not to scare you or your uncle, but maybe its even early signs of dementia. (spelling?)
I'm base all this on an assumption that your uncle is elder...haha.

Alot of things can cause short occupancy memory problems, starting at stress/diet and continuing on into things like depression/substance misuse, or physical ailments. It's best for him to go see a doctor and discuss it.
Alzheimer's cause short term memory loss, next gets worse.
Looks similar to he is not alone in suffering.

I in general have really unpromising short term memory, when I'm underneath a lot of stress. I couldn't even bring up to date you what I did yesterday, without thinking almost it real thorny. It all meshes together near the other days..
