What can do a heart skipbeat?

i drink pepsi lite on my lunch then 2 can to my snacks while in the morning a cup of coffee, can this trigger to own a heart skipbeat? i experienced this problem 10 yrs ago,what will i do to avoid this problem, i played tennis 4 times a wk doubles 35 mins per game,and im 56 yrs out-of-date.im afraid cause i experienced again two days ago this will occure during bed time and my rouse up time. any advice can you make a contribution me thanksWhat can do a heart skipbeat?
