Depending on the soap you use in the shower, I'd switch to hotel saop (such as dial). Flowery smelly liquid body wipe soaps don't clean the skin as effectively. I have a bit of a problem with acne on my shoulders and chest, but the Dial soap solved it pretty sudden.

I do too. I use Phisoderm on my body now, and go to a dermatologist who put me on antibiotics and I use a prescription cream as well.
