I hold UC and foods that trigger it are things like greasy foods, spicy foods, foods near caffeine or alcohol in them and sometimes ruffage triggers it too. Sometimes have a minor food allergy triggers it too like gluten & egg, allergies or lactose intolerance. I'm pretty sure the triggers are terrifically similar for UC and Chrons. Good luck.
