What are this little white bumps on my penis?

I have these little white bumps on the rim of the leader of my ***. I do take caution of myself, so I got it checked out. The doc said that they are what they christen, pearly whites. Ok Im lost in the sauce, but be to embarrassed to articulate anything. I am not circumsized and someone said that it could have to do near the whole hygein module of that. I know that it is not an STD, because I just get that checked. What could it be?What are this little white bumps on my ***?
Pearly penile papules are nothing to verbs about and are really normal and relatively common. There is completely no chance of them becoming malignant. It is not specified why they develop but they are not an STD and are totally harmless. There is without doubt no correlation to pearly penile papules and hygiene. They are more common within uncircumcised men and in those surrounded by their 20s and 30s. Don't worry roughly it...they are nothing!
Sebaceous glands contained by yougnsters, are frequent cause of concern, justifiably, because nobody tells what they are and that they just contain a small amount of whitish sebum secretion retained in them.sometimes they become irritated and red, and sometimes, they are itchy,,,,for short period of time...
They do not mean anything, and restore with time and upright local hygiene (preferably using a small amount of benzal gel after the bath).everyday, until they fry up and dissapear by themselves..
