i have these little red bumps around my genital nouns, but only contained by one spot. they dont itch or anything. could it be an std, but i have never have intercourse.What are they?

std stands for sexually transmitted disease, technique can only be contracted thru intercourse.

Could be herpes but I suggest you shift see ur doctor.
it could be many things. Heat imprudent, allergy to a certain detergent or soap. see a doctor to carry the exact diagnosis.
