What are these bumps?

On my back, I enjoy this cluster of red bumps on my back. It make a crescent shape and are sensitive to the touch. They don't itch otherwise and I know that they aren't pimples because of 1. the shape and 2. I found them this morning and I know they weren't there yesterday and 3. how heaps there are (about 10). My husband seem to think they are bites but we can't integer out by what. I hope someone can help.

it almost looks approaching shingles. Go have the doctor purloin a look at it.
I can't tell you what the bumps are but I can communicate you that that kind of stuff happen to me sometimes.
My guess is that you got scratched by something that irritated your skin, I would influence that's what would account for the shape and the certainty that they don't seem to be spreading.
