They're blisters ... and your 'sunburn' needs 'special treatment' because it's 'second scope burns' ... get some 'orange or black pekoe' tea-bags (you can buy the cheapest ones, since you won't be drinking it) 'wet' until you can see the 'water' start to turn brown. Rub the drizzling tea bags over anywhere you own those 'blisters' or any 'sunburn' ... you'll not 'hurt' as much, and the tannins in the tea will abet the burn 'turn to a tan' and you'll be a bit darker ... but after this, PLEASE PROTECT YOUR SKIN when you are outside or are sitting contained by a 'sunny spot' indoors (yes, even if there's glass) because the 'sun' is A LOT STRONGER than it was 40-50 years ago, and 'sunburn' immediately can become SKIN CANCER later, plus you will 'age faster' for getting 'sunburned' or even 'suntanned.'

It is caused by have too much sun and getting burnt within. They are called blisters. And that can grounds skin cancer so make sure you protect that nouns more than usual and protect all of your skin.
