Symptoms are very similar to those within women. Most male breast cancer are diagnosed when a man discovers a lump on his chest. However, unlike women, men tend to go to the doctor near more severe symptoms that often include bleeding from the nipple and abnormality in the skin above the cancer. The cancer have already spread to the lymph nodes in a sizeable number of these men.
