What are the symptoms for kidney infections/ or kidney ailments?

What are the symptoms for kidney infections/ or kidney ailments?
Lower back strain on either side of the spine, and hallucination.
I had a kidney infection 2 years ago. My support hurt like crazy even though I hadn't done anything to injure it.
Not everyone will enjoy symptoms, Possibly , back niggle, or a burning sensation in the kidney nouns, a reduction of urine, or going more consequently usual. A noticeable retention of fluid possible within legs in foot. If you suspect a problem go to the Dr. Kidneys once diluted are not repairable. I am a Kidney cancer survivor and believe me I am well aware of kidney wrong. It is nothing to embezzle lightly.
